My Night Time Routine

I love having consistency in my every day life so having a specific routine to follow is vital for me, purely because it allows my brain to completely relax, settle down and just completely unwind. Heading to bed is my favourite part of the day, it's the best. Being able to remove my makeup, throwing my hair up in a messy bun, and getting into my comfiest PJ'S. What is not to love?

My night time routine consists of 5 simple steps.
  1.  I brush my hair through and place it in a loose bun on top of my head
  2. I will then get into the comfiest pyjamas that I can find in my drawer
  3. My favourite step is removing all of my makeup and applying a toner and moisturiser
  4. My 4th step is this app called "head space" as it provides me with a quick relaxation session and allows me to clear my head which is just what I need before bed.
  5. Lastly, I get into bed and listen to some relaxing music until I am ready to settle down for sleep
This is just a super quick routine which was so easy for me to get into the habit of doing, it provides me with so much relaxation and I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day, some times I like to change up the routine as I believe this is a lot more healthy for me, but it is only simple changes I make like creating a nice bath with some LUSH bath bombs ( my absolute favs), It really just depends on the amount of stress I am under on that day or the amount of spare time that I have that night. But honestly having a night time routine is life changing, well especially for me.
