Dr Paw Paw Original Balm

One of my fav products is a good, old lip balm, it's one of my make-up bag essentials and I'm pretty sure most people always carry one with them, or is that just me?

I've tried a lot of different lip balms, for instance, Vaseline and Carmex and I would still recommend these because they are actually really good, however, I recently came across a brand new favourite, say hello to Dr Paw Paw .

L'Oréal Miss Baby Roll Mascara- First Impressions

I am a big lover of testing different mascaras so I'm constantly on the hunt for new and of course better mascaras which if I'm being honest is a really long process but it's often successful. Today was one of those..... well  sort of successful days.  I decided to give the L'Oréal Miss Baby Roll Mascara a go,  I don't normally use L'Oréal products and I'm not 100% sure why but I do want to try a few more bits so let me know you favourite L'Oréal products!

Iconic London Illuminator- Worth The Hype??

I've seen so many people rave about the Iconic London Illuminator and I've been debating whether or not to buy it for so long and I've finally bit the bullet and just went for it and I'm honestly so thankful I have.  I've never used any Iconic London products before so this was the first for me and I'm not normally a fan of liquid highlighters so I was a little worried, however, this one is INSANE!!!

3 Essential Eye Palettes For Autumn

I am honestly head over heels in love with autumn/ fall time, I mean the  make-up looks that you can create this time of the year is without a doubt my favourite.  I'm a big lover of warm toned eyeshadow, so now I have the perfect excuse to use these colours, everyday. When it comes to my autumn eye looks there is only three palettes that I absolutely swear by!

Benefit Galifornia Love Set

I have been dying to get my hands on the GALifornia blush from Benefit for so long as it is an absolutely stunning pink shade with a hint of shimmering gold, aren't you in awe? I'll admit it, I am a big lover of blush and I know not many people are but I can't wear make-up without it, so I needed this blusher.

Therefore, last weekend I headed into town amendment that I was finally going to buy the blush and yes I did, however, I got a lot more than I bargained for.  Benefit currently have the cutest gift sets and I couldn't resist picking up the gorgeous GALifornia Love Limited edition set which included a full size Roller Lash and a full sized Gimme Brow and of course the  GALifornia mini blusher
This set was literally £24.50 (the same price as the blusher, individually!) you can't turn down an offer like that, can you?

5 Make-Up Brushes You Need

I have a silly obsession with purchasing make-up brushes because I  personally believe that you can never have enough, however, I surprisingly didn't have an issue choosing the top 5 makeup brushes that you need to get your hands on.

The Cutest Floral Bag Pack

Over the last few weeks I have been obsessing over this cute, floral, Primark Bag Pack, it's honestly adorable. Little bag packs  have become so popular this year as they are perfect to throw together with any outfit and super handy to hold all of your belongings in on a day out.

3 Girl bosses

Sometimes I just love to sit down and reflect on some kickass business ladies who constantly inspire me. There are always certain Girl Bosses who automatically come to mind and it's due to their kind heart, commitment, passion and of course their killer business mind, which has got them where they are today.

I have actually already written a post about four total Girl Bosses which you can check out  (Here)
but I've decided that I want to do monthly posts of Girl Bosses who constantly keep me on my toes creatively. As our generation can be so bitter and jealous of others, I feel like it's important to spread positivity and commend others for their success, especially when it's deserved.

So I want to start of with three absolutely gorgeous girls, who I discovered through one and other so I thought it was only fair to put them in the same post.

My Favourite Drug Store Lipsticks

When you really think about it  there are hundreds of brilliant drugstore brands that offer a large collection of  lipsticks for a really affordable price which I am pretty thankful for, but they are never as raved about as high end lipsticks which don't get me wrong I do love but honestly what's better than finding some drugstore lipsticks and LOVING THEM?.

I personally believe that so many drugstore lipsticks are underrated and I can't understand why because they are pretty amazing.  I have four favourite lipsticks that I am loving at the moment and I want to quickly share them with you.

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

I never knew how far my love for a palette could go until I got the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette, it's literally heaven. I have a lot of Urban Decay Eyeshadow Palettes as I truly believe they are the best, sorry but I do. They create incredible palettes with brilliant packaging and unique colours that are so long lasting and have incredible pigmentation which we all want from a high end product, right?

Tayto Park

Last week my family and I drove down to Dublin to spend the day at Tayto Park and what a brilliant day it was, the weather wasn't exactly the best to begin with but it definitely did pick up throughout the day which I was so pleased with, It's definitely worth the visit but one thing I will say about Tayto Park is definitely put your walking shoes on because you'll need them.

The Rides
There was a lot of rides to keep yourself busy with and they were brilliant, the queue's for each one wasn't that bad and the staff were super friendly which made it a lot better, my favourite ride was the big rollercoaster which is shocking because I'm not normally a fan of rollercoasters but I took a chance and it was actually a lot of fun minus the fact it literally lasted like 70 seconds.

The Zoo and Circus Show
There is actually a small zoo section at Tayto Park which was nice to stroll through as it has a few animals which definitely enjoy the attention especially the meerkats.  The circus show lasted for around 40 minutes and it was just okay if I'm being honest.

August Shopping Haul

This weekend I decided to splurge out and treat myself to some new goodies, mostly because the thought of going back to school has drained me and I thought shopping would be an excellent distraction.

Firstly, I ordered a good, old pair of black old skool vans (£55) and I know I'm a little late to the party but I've been debating buying these for so long that I just finally gave in and got them.

Miss Guided X Simmi Shoes

A few days ago it was my 18th birthday and I wanted to buy an outfit which I could completely SLAY in which is why Miss Guided and Simmi Shoes were my first two options  and they obviously didn't disappoint. These are two brilliant online brands but I'm pretty sure that you already know that, if not where the hell have you been?

Simple Skincare

One brand that I trust to take good care of my skin is Simple this brand is one of my holy grail skin care brands as it's absolutely incredible. I use everything from their toner, moisturizer, make-up wipes to their eye roll on. I personally just find that this brand works wonders for my skin.

Maybelline Master Fix Translucent Powder Review

Need a dupe for the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder ? I'm pretty sure we all do, have you seen the price of that stuff? and although everyone seems to swear by it, I honestly cant justify paying £30 for a setting powder, I mean come on...... it couldn't be that worth it, could it?

Although I've never actually tried the Laura Mercier powder I do think I've found something just as good and I mean I can't necessarily compare the two but it's a setting powder I'm pretty sure they all do the exact same thing, right?.  So if you're looking for a more affordable setting powder hit up Maybelline and you're pretty much sorted.

My Holy Grail Straighteners

Lets be honest everyone of us probably couldn't t survive without a good, old pair of straighteners, they are literally a life saver and automatically makes any bad hair day turn pretty dam good, which is ironic because my holy grail straighteners are literally called GHD'S meaning "good hair day"... I mean if that doesn't say it all I don't know what will.

I have naturally thick hair and these straighteners have no problem solving that for me, they heat up extremely quick which is something that shocked me at first but now I absolutely love it as it means I don't have to spend ages waiting to do my hair, I also use these straighteners to create some light curls in my hair which they surprisingly do pretty well at, so there's no need to buy curlers, BONUS.

I also want to add in that GHD now currently have a new Pink Blush collection out which is a limited edition collection created to support Breast Cancer, for every pair of straighteners that is purchased they are donating £10 to Breast Cancer Now which I think is brilliant and a really nice way to support this charity.

When it comes to straighteners though, GHD is the one. I'm pretty sure a lot of people agree, you just can't beat them. My GHD'S are actually a gorgeous rose gold pair which I'm literally head over heels in love with, they are so light and delicate which makes travelling with them a pleasure. One of the best things about GHD's is that they last FOREVER meaning they are a brilliant investment and you definitely wont be disappointed, I know they are rather expensive but they are the best of the best and you get what you pay for.

Has My Opinion On Face Masks Changed?

I have always had a love/hate relationship with face masks as I have never really seen the point in them but I know they work wonders for so many people so I cant really understand why my skin seems to disagree with them so much but I recently  decided to try and jump back on the face mask bandwagon but I'm not sure if it'll be any different this time. *fingers crossed*

I purchased this Avon Clear Skin Pore Penetrating Black Mineral Mask because my skin has been so BAD recently that I thought I needed to try every possible remedy. This mask was very easy to blend onto my face as it was in a squeezy tub the aim of it was to keep it on for at least ten to fifteen minutes but it was easy to tell when the mask was finished as it was black when I put it on and then it turned grey over time, if I'm being honest the longer I kept the face mask on the tighter it began to feel on my face which was definitely not a pleasant feeling. I personally think that this didn't do much to my skin if I'm being honest it really wasn't worth trying, another disappointment .

Another facemask that I decided to pick up was this Garnier Skin Active Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask , I saw this in superdrug and thought I may as well give it a go because I literally swear by this brand so if anyone can do wonders for my skin I'm pretty sure it will be Garnier. This was one of the most relaxing face masks that I have ever tried and it immediately left my skin feeling super soft which was an added bonus, however, it didn't really leave a lasting effect on my skin but I definitely loved using it and would still purchase this weekly to keep my skin hydrated and feeling smooth.

I feel like after testing both of these face masks my opinion still hasn't changed.... I still find them as useless as ever but over the next few weeks I'm continuing to try different ones so I will keep you updated. If you have any face masks that you swear by please do let me know.

4 Bloggers Who Constantly Inspire Me

The blogging world is  constantly expanding which I absolutely love, finding  new bloggers and reading their passionate posts is one of my fav things to do but there is five kickass bloggers who constantly inspire me to do better at pretty much everything and I want to dedicate this post to them because I don't think I would be writing on this blog if it wasn't for them in the first place.

Creating A Colourful Eyelook Using The Morphe 35C Palette

One of my favourite things to do is experiment with different eyeshadow palettes, I mean having that free power to really get creative and paint your face in different ways is definitely a lot of fun. Now I am not even close to being a make-up artist but I thought I would show you all how I created this colourful eye look using the Morphe 35C Palette .

It's All In The Details

The other day I decided to splurge out and purchase the dreamiest denim jacket, which I am honestly head over heels in LOVE with.  I first saw this jacket when I was having a quick browse on New Look and if I'm being completely honest I was feeling a little daring from the moment I saw this jacket, want to know why? it's WHITE, oh what I have done, we all know that this is only going to end one way.

I think I have around five denim jackets, just a little bit obsessed I know but I personally think that  Denim Jackets are the perfect thing to throw on all year round, so why not have a few.  However, the jacket nor the colour is the actual purpose of this post, it's the details. The floral embroidery is so stunning which is why the small details on this jacket just scream summer to me, the details that may totally have been the reason I purchased this beaut oversized jacket when I certainly wasn't suppose to be looking for anything to buy.

But I meannn just  look at it, I couldn't let a jacket like that pass me by could I?

Quick Trip To Liverpool

A few days ago I took my first solo trip to Liverpool  I was going on a residential, however, I'm 17 and I knew absolutely no one which was veryyy scary but I got through it.

But lets talk Liverpool itself, I don't think I have ever fallen in love with a city faster than I did with Liverpool which is strange for me because I normally take a few days to warm up to places, I was fortunate enough that the weather was beaut for my trip which made the place 10x better.  I sort of want to keep this post short and simple because you don't need me  justifying how amazing Liverpool is you probably already know, so I'm just going to give you a quick summary of my fav places in Liverpool.

Liverpool One
This shopping centre is one of the best shopping centres I have ever seen, everything is in walking distance so you can visit all the shops in literally one day you have Zara, Holister, Forever 21, Topshop, Adidas, Victoria Secret you name it Liverpool One pretty much has it, I was literally in aww at every shop as we don't have the half of them in Ireland so you can imagine how much of a hit my bank account took.

My New Favourite Palette

I am so happy to have finally gotten my hands on the Illuminate by Ashley Tisdale Beach Goddess Palette. Ashley is someone who I grew up loving so being able to purchase make-up products by her is incredible and so surreal for me, but this isn't what you want to hear, so let me tell you why this beautiful palette has quickly become my favourite palette.

A Casual Outfit For A Casual Day

Do you ever have those days were you just want to throw on some comfy clothes but you have so much to do, so you know that you have to at least make a little bit of an effort? If I'm being honest I have these days pretty much everyday and I am now beginning to LOVE them, especially now that I have made a few cheeky purchases to make my outfits look a little more cute.

Reviewing Tanya Burr Cosmetics

In my opinion Tanya Burr is one of the most successful influencers in today's society and she constantly kills it at no matter what she does, over the last few years Tanya and lets not forget her incredible team have created one of the best cosmetic lines that I have seen, plus everything has been put at such affordable prices which makes it even better. I've tried a lot of Tanya's products because I just can't help myself,  I think it's sort of an addiction. Thanks Tan.

I've decided to pick out some of my fav Tanya Burr products and give you a quick little review which will leave you wanting to quickly purchase pretty much every product, apologies in advance.

May Favourites

How has this even happened, how am I currently sitting here  writing my May Favourites, I can't even begin to gain any understanding of how the hell it is the end of May already, this year has went by literally in the flash of an eye, it's shocking. Even though the months have flown by I have managed to discover some new fav things (yayyy), now this is actually my first monthly favourites so I'm cheating a little and adding things in which I have LOVED for around 3 months now purely because they are to good not to share.

How To De-Stress

For the last few weeks I have felt the pressure of A- Level exams build up and I've continued to bottle all my stress and worries inside of me, but I've learnt one thing stress needs to come out in order for you to feel a lot better about the situation, so I'm currently writing this the night before my A-Level Business Exam.. yep you heard me right. I have an exam tomorrow and instead of revising I'm writing this post and you know what I don't regret it. Everyone has their own ways to distract themselves and allow their mind to wonder somewhere else, this is mine.

Urban Decay- Jean-Michel Basquiat Collection

The other day I was kindly offered to watch a live stream of the new Urban Decay Jean-Michel Basquiat Collection with Being shown the new collection in detail by an incredible Make-up artist was one of the best experiences I've ever had so thank you.

This collection is up there as one of my favs, Urban Decay always create incredible products which constantly blow my mind but this collection is honestly something else, as I was only part of the live stream I had to immediately get myself down to my local Debenhams so I could get a better view of everything and actually try it out for myself.

Favourite Lipsticks

Over the last few months my love for lip products has grown, drastically. I just can't get enough of them from lipsticks to glosses to lip liners to lip crayons you name it I'm obsessed with it, I'm not actually sure were this obsession has came from but I kinda like it not gonna lie.

I've decided to go through my makeup drawers and pick out a few of my favourite Lipsticks/glosses.

My Thoughts on having "Perfect" Social Media Post's

Over the last few weeks I've came across so many different posts and tweets about how we all want to be like others and how we aim to live that so called "perfect Instagram life" and I don't think this could be any truer, however, it is our fault, we brainwash ourselves sometimes we our the only people that can change our lives so why are we feeling sorry for ourselves, I say we because I myself am one of those people, I follow hundreds of different people on all kinds of social media platforms because I enjoy seeing what they have to post but remember no one is forcing me to follow them I make that decision, so what gives me the right to sit and compare myself to them and feel sorry for myself. If the page is only going to make me hate myself why would I even waste my time following them, we choose how we view ourselves we choose everything, we are the ones in control.

Instagram and other social medias are amazing apps they allow people to show various fractions of their days but remember people choose what they want to post and what they want to post will more than likely be something positive that has happened to them or maybe it was a good makeup day who knows but they do it because they feel good about themselves and they want to share those happy moments so that they can look back and reminisce on the days at the park or the days they had that perfect insta ice-cream or the days they felt they felt comfortable and happy with how they looked, we only share what we want to share so why should you go out of your way to create the perfect picture, tweet or video, post what you want because that's what everyone else seems to be doing, who cares if you have one follower or a million as long as you are happy with your own content then no one else should even come into consideration before you hit that publish button.

I am a 17 year old and sure I don't have much life experience yet but overtime I've learnt to not judge anyone, not even people that you think are close to you, everyone has their secrets, everyone has problems, everyone has challenges that they are facing on a daily basis, its important to remember that you do not know everything, even if you think you do. Learning this was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me because it allowed me to rethink how I evaluate people and also how I see myself, comparing others instagrams to my own made me feel like crap but the sooner I realised that I'm only seeing one picture out of a 24 hour day my brain began to work differently, so should yours.

If everyone was the same the world would be pretty dam boring, so post whatever the hell you want good or bad there is no such thing as perfection as long as you are happy then nothing else matters.

Revision Tips

The end of April is near which means that exam month is nearly here:( When I was younger May and June use to be my favourite months in school as we never did much but that all changed the moment I entered 4th year I'm now lower 6th and the hatred is still there, I have three A Level Exams in May and if I'm honest I haven't even thought about studying yet, stupid I know.

So I thought that today I would create a revision tips post not only for myself but also for anyone else who  is in need of it, its about time that I get myself organised and ready to smash these exams and if your reading this your more than likely in the same position.

My First Summer Outfit Post

At the moment I am currently off for my Easter break and to my advantage the weather has been incredible, this has made being off a lot more exciting. The other day I decided to go for walk with a few of my friends, purely because it was not worth sitting in, I believe hat getting lost is all part of the adventure and this is certainly what happened we found ourselves in the perfect summer environment surrounded by nothing but trees. I loved it, a lot. However, I wanted to write my first outfit post for you guys as I was really in love with it.

I actually purchased these jeans at the start of the month and they were featured in my "Top 3 New  Buys" post which you can check out Here . These jeans are absolutely gorgeous and I am so in love with them, I feel like they are perfect for the summer nights and they match with pretty much anything which is an added bonus. The jeans cost £30 but they came from New Look so I know they will last me forever, totally with it.

I have had this top for a good few months now and every time I wear it I feel like I'm seeing it for the first time, its such a casual yet effective top which can be worn along with many things, but the colour and the style is what draws me to it this was also purchased in New Look and it cost £10, amazing.

I received these shoes as a Christmas present as I had been constantly asking to them prior to Christmas but I still love them, they are super comfortable and they look amazing, I have worn these pretty much everyday since Christmas and they still look brand new, impressive I know.  However, the pictures above do them no justice as I did climb through muck, oops.  These shoes were around £65 but I really trust Nike and know that there shoes are always long lasting and amazing quality.

My Jacket came from Primark Last August, I immediately loved it, denim jackets are one of my favourite things to wear throughout the year as they look good with pretty much everything so when I saw this pink coloured one I was in my element, I just had to have it.  My black belt also came from Primark.

Testing Superdrug's Colour Hairspray

I am a very open-minded person and I LOVE to experiment with new things, over the last few days I have had a sudden urge to dye my hair blue and I mean bright blue, however that wont be possible till the summer due to school, however, I didn't let that stop me. I am currently off for Easter Break and I decided to go on the hunt for some wash out dyes. Superdrug saved me. This is the first store that I tried and they didn't let me down, I didn't want to buy from a typical brand that I knew would definitely work, I wanted to be risky and experiment with a brand I have never tried before so I decided on purchasing Superdrug's Colour Hairspray.

My All Time Favourite Highlighters

Highlighters are without a doubt one of my all time favourite products.... ever.  They have practically taken over my entire life.  I always use a fan brush to  apply my highlighter along my brow bone, tip of my nose and cheek bone. I have five highlighters which I adore, I honestly could not chose a favourite, so I thought I would share them all with you.

Smash box LA Lights Blendable Lip And Cheeck Colour Stick Hollywood and Highlight (£25)

This highlighter is absolutely amazing to apply even before a highlighter powder or just by itself, it gives an amazing  natural glow and is really long lasting, the stick is really easy to use and the product is super easy to blend out on top of your foundation I would normally use a beauty blender and just dab the product on to my skin.

My Favourite Make-Up Brushes

I feel like Make-Up Brushes do not get as much recognition as they use to when in fact they are still as amazing as ever.... well in my opinion. I understand that make-up application is such a developing thing in this day and age and we constantly find new ways to apply  make-up but I always trust my brushes, I feel like they will never let me down and I always know that it is money well spent.

The Top 10 places I want to visit

I have such a long list of things I want to do and places I want to visit within the next few years, I have always loved the idea of being able to travel the world and one day I will, but for now I'll continue on dreaming about these places. There is so many different countries in the world that all have something different to offer so it was really difficult for me to narrow it down to ten, but I did.

1. Los Angeles- This is without a doubt my top choice, I have always loved everything about LA it just looks absolutely incredible and has been at the top of my list for a long  time.

2.Maldives- Everything about the Maldives is just amazing, it honestly is one of the most gorgeous places I have ever seen.

3.London- This is one of my favourite cities in the world and even though I have yet to visit it I definitely want to live there when I am older, I just love the idea of the whole hustle and bustle of the place.

4.Bali-  wow I have far too much to say about this place but ill keep it short and sweet I simply adore the look of everything in Bali and am really excited to visit it in a few years time.

5.Cape Town, South Africa - This without a doubt gets my 5th place in the list, South Africa is somewhere I have always wanted to visit and I swear Cape Town is just calling my name.

6.New York- I feel like New York is on nearly on every single person's list of places they want to go travelling in so I don't even need to explain why but I'll give you one word, Shopping.

7.Fiji- How could you not want to visit this country it is full of the most relaxing and gorgeous beaches I have ever seen.

8.Dubai- This place looks absolutely incredible I mean the weather, the buildings everything is unbelievable.

9.Orlando, Florida-  I mean Disney is all I really have to say here, I have been to Disney Land Paris twice and it was two of my favourite holidays, I feel like you can never go wrong with Disney it is a place full of adventure and I have a lot of love for it.

10. Iceland- I purely want to go here just so that I can go to the Blue Lagoon, can you blame me?

Make sure you let me know some of the places that you want to visit in the future.

How Much Does My Everyday Makeup Cost?

I have seen a lot of other bloggers doing this recently and I thought it would be interesting to actually take a look at the cost of my own everyday makeup. I actually am very excited to sit and work this out as makeup products are without a doubt what the majority of my money is spent on, oops.

For this post I decided to add the prices of the makeup that I would always reach for when doing a simple and natural look on a daily basis. I decided not to add the cost of any of my makeup brushes in as I feel like that's a whole different story itself.

My Top 3 New Buys

Throughout the last year I have really struggled to find clothes which I really love and would feel comfortable in, for some strange reason the clothing this year just has not been for me, I can't exactly pin point why, however, a few days ago I headed to town and discovered so many new things which have completely changed my entire perspective of shopping this year. I did only purchase a small amount of things as I want to save up for all of the summer clothes because they are normally my favs.

So below is the top 3 item's that I purchased, I am absolutely in love with all three items and cant wait to get wearing them, ill leave the links below, if there is any new clothing items that you recently bought  make sure to let me know x

These bralets are really in style lately and I totally understand why, they are the most comfortable bralets I have ever worn and they totally pull hundreds of different outfits together.

Floral Mesh Top

When I discovered the bralets I needed to immediately purchase a mesh top so that I can wear them with and this one happened to catch my eye on Instagram, I just love it. I find that this top looks and sits amazing on anyone and it is really flattering as the ends of the sleeves sort of just fall down below your arms which is so aesthetically pleasing.

Denim Jeans

As soon as I walked into New Look I was overwhelmed with happiness, the clothing was just out of this world and really brought a smile to my face, the first thing that I noticed was without a doubt these jeans, I mean how could you not love them?. I have never really been a fan of the whole floral print thing but these jeans won me over within a second.

sunny days & sunny walks

A few days ago Ireland had the sunniest day of 2017. I honestly had to get out, I would have definitely regret staying in if I had of, so I decided what better to do than take my little pup for a nice walk, it was practically the first day that I could leave the house without a jacket and in a dress this was just a little exciting for me.... was I dreaming... nope THANKFULLY not.

Luckily the area in which I live in has various walkways around my house which allows me to completely fall in love with the beauty of the world in so many ways. The sun, the birds, the atmosphere, it was a perfect evening. I am really looking forward to more evenings like this.

5 Of My Favourite Tops

When it comes to clothes I can take or leave most things, I am not the biggest shopaholic if I'm being honest but when I see cute clothes I have to get the stuff, immediately.  Over the last few months I have been living in the tops below, there just right up my street and I love them, a lot. Which is why I wanted to dedicate a whole blog post to them, weird, I know.

My Night Time Routine

I love having consistency in my every day life so having a specific routine to follow is vital for me, purely because it allows my brain to completely relax, settle down and just completely unwind. Heading to bed is my favourite part of the day, it's the best. Being able to remove my makeup, throwing my hair up in a messy bun, and getting into my comfiest PJ'S. What is not to love?

My night time routine consists of 5 simple steps.
  1.  I brush my hair through and place it in a loose bun on top of my head
  2. I will then get into the comfiest pyjamas that I can find in my drawer
  3. My favourite step is removing all of my makeup and applying a toner and moisturiser
  4. My 4th step is this app called "head space" as it provides me with a quick relaxation session and allows me to clear my head which is just what I need before bed.
  5. Lastly, I get into bed and listen to some relaxing music until I am ready to settle down for sleep
This is just a super quick routine which was so easy for me to get into the habit of doing, it provides me with so much relaxation and I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day, some times I like to change up the routine as I believe this is a lot more healthy for me, but it is only simple changes I make like creating a nice bath with some LUSH bath bombs ( my absolute favs), It really just depends on the amount of stress I am under on that day or the amount of spare time that I have that night. But honestly having a night time routine is life changing, well especially for me.

make sure you let me know your night time routine in the comments below x

My top 5 beauty essentials

There is nothing I love more than make-up, however, I do have a few essentials that are always my go to products when creating my every day makeup look. I am definitely a makeup hoarder and I get so much enjoyment out of testing new products but there is just some items I  simply cannot replace.

My top 5 beauty essentials include;

 Urban Decay Vice palette
When this palette first came out I had received it as a Christmas gift and I automatically fell in love, it's just perfect. If your not a big fan of crazy colours you might not get much use out of this palette but I could not live without it, I literally use it every day.  The 20 different shades are very pigmented and really easy to blend which is just what you want, I feel like this palette is defiantly worth the money and the looks you can create with it is out of this world.

This lip colour is absolutely gorgeous, it is my description of a PERFECT nude (which we all know can be hard to find). This lip colour is really easy to apply over a lip liner and gives a perfect finish to my make-up look.
I love pairing this lip colour with Bare minerals gen nude- On point lip liner as this gives the perfect base colour and is really easy to apply because it is really bendable and perfect for making you look as if you have naturally big lips.

 Smash Box photo finish primer
This primer is AMAZING, honestly the best that I have ever tried. I can not rave about this product enough, its life changing. This primer is so easy to apply and has a perfect silky feeling on your skin which allows your foundation to easily apply and last all day, and I mean all day. I could not recommend this product enough. Just trust me on it.

Urban Decay make-up setting spray
This spray is definitely a staple in my everyday makeup routine, this was one of the first products that I really invested in when I first started getting into doing my makeup, purely because I have oily skin and I really struggle with keeping my makeup in place throughout the day, but this changed everything. I literally can't  leave my house without spraying this on my face, it gives me so much more longevity in my makeup and I don't think I could live without it.

Mary Lou- Manizer
Highlighter is one of my favourite things about my make-up routine, I'm pretty sure it is nearly everyone's favourite. However, when this product first came out it never really intrigued me but the last few months my best
friend had been raving on about it and telling me how amazing it is, and my god was she right. Ever since I purchased this I cannot stop using it, it has easily became one of my all time favourite products and an essential to my everyday life.  This product is honestly amazing, the highlight is a perfect golden shade which gives the perfect finishing touch to my make-up.  I love it.
